Twelve-week 1:1 Coaching Program

Following your Health Assessment which will identify your main nurture points, your one-to-one coaching program will be created specifically to your needs.

All programs have three main phases.

Phase 1 - Cleaning up your lifestyle

Cut out the processed foods, the additives, the toxic habits and relationships, and the toxins from your personal care and household products.

Start implementing the 7 principles of health; air, water, sunshine, whole food, exercise, relationships, and passion.

Phase 2 - Fasting and focused cleansing

Everyone will begin with some form of colon cleanse to clean out any blockages and open up this channel of elimination. As we know, all disease begins in the gut. Cleansing the colon allows our body to detox more effectively and also allows for better absorption of nutrients. Some form of fasting or juice feasting will happen in this phase too, along with focused cleanses for the liver, kidneys, etc specific to your needs. Some emotional detoxing will naturally take place during this time.

Phase 3 - Creating a sustainable path forward

Time to nourish yourself with delicious whole foods and create a new lifestyle that you can sustain and maintain with joy. This can be the hardest part, how we feed ourselves after a cleanse to rebuild our gut flora, and identifying which foods don't serve us, is the key to ongoing success.
