Hey, I'm Emma, a HCANZA registered Professional Holistic Health Coach (IIN) who supports women to restore energy, rebalance hormones and step confidently into their next chapter.
With a deep understanding of the science of the menopause transition and the unique physiology of women in midlife, I bring together a wide range of evidence informed tools and holistic strategies to meet your individual needs.
There is no one size fits all approach here. It's not about what works for the instagram influencers, or even what a particular piece of research found works for many. This is all about you. Your body, your history and your life demands and your goals.
Coaching with me is like doing a PhD on yourself, where you are the researcher and the subject of the research, and I am the study mentor or supervisor, helping you to ask the right questions, conduct some trials, and to observe and learn from the results so you can discover what actually works for you!
Rather than applying a rigid plan, we go deep into your bioindividuality, and then select the right combination of tools to support you. This plan will evolve and will be adapted and changed as we learn more about what your unique body needs throughout our sessions, and as you start to rebalance.

As a registered HCANZA coach, I work within a professional code of ethics and may collaborate with your broader health care team when needed. My role is to educate and to guide you on a journey of discovery about yourself, and to support you and hold you accountable to your own goals as you create sustainable change.
I am not a medical professional and can not and will not advise on medical matters, including medications, and will always guide you back to your doctor for this.

All health coaching packages are sold in bundles of 12 sessions and you can choose to have your sessions weekly or fortnightly, in person or via zoom.
The cost for the 12 sessions is $1800 for payment plans, or $1650 if you pay in full up front.
Some optional add ons such as an extended water fast (which requires a lot of preparation and support to be safe) and emotional clearing and iridology (which require longer sessions) have an additional cost which will be discussed in your initial call when we create your bespoke plan.
