The materials in this dashboard are here to support and complement your live sessions and can be worked on at your own pace, though it would be optimal to do the exercises here each week, in sync with the zoom calls. There are no requirements, no homework to be handed in (unless you set a SMART goal in a live session to do so 😊), so use what you need, when you need and know that you can revisit at any time for a full year.
