Reclaim Your
Metabolic Health

Reclaim your metabolic health

And add more life to your years

Your metabolism plays a central role in how you feel each day, from your energy levels and hormone balance to your mood, focus, and long-term resilience.

When metabolic health is good, the body is better equipped to maintain stable energy, regulate blood sugar, and adapt to the demands of everyday life. When it’s under strain, issues such as fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, hormonal disruption, and increased disease risk can begin to emerge.

Metabolic health is not fixed. It can be measured, influenced, and improved.

Why metabolic health matters

Your metabolism is the engine that powers every system in your body. It influences how efficiently you convert food into energy, how your hormones function, and how your body responds to stress, sleep, and movement.

Over time, even small, repeated imbalances can place strain on this system. Left unaddressed, this may contribute to conditions such as insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, poly-cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), cognitive decline, and other chronic health concerns.

The earlier these patterns are understood, the more opportunity there is to support the body proactively rather than reactively.

How a CGM can help, even if you’re not diabetic

When it comes to making diet and lifestyle choices, there are countless approaches, plans, and opinions.

Many people follow what worked for someone else or what sounds convincing, without knowing whether it truly suits their own body or life demands.

A Continuous Glucose Monitor removes this guesswork by showing you how your body responds in real time.

By tracking glucose levels throughout the day, a CGM reveals the impact of food, exercise, sleep, and stress as they actually occur.

Instead of waiting for problems to develop or relying on assumptions, you gain early insight that allows you to make informed changes that can help prevent, manage, or reduce disease risk.

This information supports proactive decision-making, grounded in your own physiology rather than general advice.

What a CGM shows you

By wearing a CGM while living your normal life, you can begin to see:

  • Which foods support stable blood sugar and which lead to spikes and crashes

  • How stress, sleep, and exercise influence your energy and mood

  • Patterns that may be contributing to fatigue, cravings, or brain fog

  • Opportunities for small, sustainable changes that support long-term health

How the Vively program works

Firstly I want to be clear that any CGM will show you your blood glucose levels 24/7 for 14 - 15 days. There is no need to choose the Vively option that I recommend to see that. However, the reason I do recommend Vively is because the app is designed for people want insights that go beyond just your blood sugar levels, into the impact of different foods, sleep, exercise, stress and much more.

The CGM lasts for 15 days, but you get access to the app for a 3 full months, so you can continue to implement the changes - there is then an option to get another sensor and see the impact of your changes, but again there is no obligation to do so.

Also if you choose Vively, you will get an option to share your data with me - and then you will have the option to book a Metabolic Insights Consult and we can go into your data and look at small changes that can make a big difference to the way you feel and your long term health.

So, if you want to try Vively

Step 1: Order your CGM direct from Vively

During the purchase process, if you use this link you will be given the option of sharing your data with me – please select this option so that I can help you to interpret your data and identify opportunities to improve your metabolic health

Step 2: Get Free email support from Emma

I have created an email series to give you step by step guidance on how to get the most out of your two weeks with the sensor. When you opt to share your data with me, I will be notified and will add you to the email list - if you don't receive an email from me within 24 hours please message me to get added.

These emails include advice on downloading the apps, applying the sensor, recording your meals and activities, education on common but often unexpected results, and some suggestions for changes. This is completely free and there is no obligation to book a consult or buy anything in return. The emails are in two stages - some for while you are waiting for your sensor, and others you can set to start when your start wearing the CGM.

Step 3: Using your CGM

After receiving your sensor, you’ll:

  • Wear the CGM while living your normal life

  • Log meals and sync wearables in the Vively app

  • Observe how food, stress, sleep, and movement affect your glucose levels

  • Implement some changes based on your observations and my tips from the emails

  • If you choose to, you can share your data with me so we can review your results together in a Metabolic Health Insights session.

Working with me

While the CGM provides valuable data, interpretation is key. If you choose to book a Metabolic Health Insights session, we’ll review your data together and explore what it’s showing about your body’s responses.

In this session, we may look at:

  • patterns in glucose stability and variability

  • how your glucose levels influence the way you feel

  • how food, stress, sleep, and movement are interacting

  • areas where small adjustments may create meaningful improvements

This session is designed to support understanding and informed decision-making, not rigid rules or protocols.

If you decide to book a call, it's best to schedule it about a week in - when you have some data from your normal life, then we'll look at some changes that might work for you and you'll have the sensor for a second week to observe the impact of those changes.
