This consult uses data from a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) to show how your body responds to food, stress, sleep, and movement in real time. Instead of guessing what works for your body, you gain personalised insight into your own metabolic patterns.
During this session we review your CGM data together and explore what it reveals about your body.
We may look at:
• how stable your blood sugar is throughout the day
• foods that support steady energy and those that lead to spikes or crashes
• how stress, sleep, and exercise affect your metabolism
• patterns that may contribute to fatigue, cravings, or brain fog
• simple changes that can support better metabolic health
The goal is not strict rules or dieting. It’s about understanding your body so you can make informed choices that support energy, hormone balance, and long-term wellbeing.

How it works
1. Order your CGM
Order your Continuous Glucose Monitor through Vively using my practitioner link. This provides your sensor and access to the Vively app so you can begin tracking your glucose levels and also enables me to see your data so I can help you to interpret it.
2. Wear the sensor and gather data
Wear the CGM while living your normal life. Log your meals, sleep, movement, and daily activities in the app so we can see how your body responds.
3. Book your Metabolic Health Insights consult
Schedule your call for when you will have 1 week of data (I suggest 2 weeks from today- you can always reschedule if there is a delay getting started) . We’ll review your results together, interpret the patterns, and identify simple changes that can support better metabolic health and more stable energy. Then, during second week of wearing your sensor you will be able to observe the impact of your changes.
